You are individual. You have a dynamic life — work, family, sleep, the body you woke up in this morning — that an off-the-shelf 16-week PDF cannot see. I write your plan around you, and I rewrite it when the week demands it. That kind of responsiveness is something an algorithm or an AI simply can't do.

Every session I prescribe is one I've tested with my own legs. You're not buying a plan; you're investing in a coaching relationship — frequent, direct, two-way — and the values that go with it.

Most ceilings at this level aren't physiological. They're how you handle taper anxiety, a missed long run, the 20-mile wall, a curveball from work. I coach the head as well as the legs and work with you to navigate this.

How it works.

    Free 15-min
    Consult
    Before anything else — a no-pressure call to talk about your goal, your history, and whether we're a fit. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet" or "not me," and I'll tell you.
  2. 02
    Onboarding
    Week 0
    A deeper 60-minute consultation into your goals, experience, current capability, and lifestyle. I review 12 months of Strava/Garmin data beforehand so the call is about you, not background-pulling.
  3. 03
    The
    Block
    A long-term plan with future blocks laid out, and a bespoke day-by-day plan for the next one or two weeks we're in. You keep a brief training diary; I read what you upload and share via WhatsApp. Changes happen on a needs-must basis, not on a calendar. Frequent direct communication with me across the week is the norm, not an upgrade.

    Monthly
    Check-in
    Thirty minutes to step back from the week-to-week and look at the arc — the mindset work, the story you're telling yourself about the block, what's actually true.
  5. 05
    Race Week
    + Debrief
    Proper preparation, physically and psychologically — pacing, fuelling, mental strategy, contingencies. Afterwards, a written debrief that closes the loop and seeds the next block.

Three-month minimum — meaningful change in a marathoner takes a full block, ideally in the run-up to a meaningful goal. Month-to-month thereafter. Cancel any time.
  • Bespoke training plan — rewritten in response to your data and life.
  • Session feedback — on the key sessions, where warranted and sought.
  • Direct comms across the week — WhatsApp, frequent, two-way.
  • Monthly check-in call — thirty minutes to step back and look at the arc.
  • Race-week protocol — pacing, fuelling, mental strategy, and a written debrief afterwards.
  • Mindset coaching — behavioural work woven through, not bolted on.
  • 10% to British marathoners — of your monthly subs, supporting athletes working to break into the elite.
  • Running club membership — WhatsApp group, in-person group sessions, and the wider community of athletes on the same path.
